Company Structure
PLC Investments Ltd is composed by 14 shareholders – it is a closed membership of original members, The Board of Directors, consisting of 5, appointed from among the shareholders by the AGM, which is responsible for overseeing implementation of policy and governance as decided by the AGM.
Currently PLC Investments Ltd employs 4 members of staff, at officer level. It is envisaged that for the next three years, the volume of business and growth activities of the company will need more directly salaried members of staff who may be full-time or part-time workers.
